    Despite best efforts, some PCs just cannot be repaired. Failing hardware, unstable drivers, etc. can contribute to the problems. That said, we have a track record of resolving issues, rescuing data and otherwise taking care of our clients *after* they've been to someone else.

  4. What can I do to lower my costs before I call you?
    • Know where your backups are - if you don't have a recent backup, remember to purchase our backup option
    • Locate the manufacturer CDs and DVDs
    • Give us your laptop power cord, cables, etc.
    • Know your login password. (we can always reset it if necessary, but this saves time).
    • Describe the problem in as much detail as you need.
